BOWEN Group Caring for Our Community
BOWEN Group employees show their caring spirit not just when it comes to finding candidates jobs or managing contract workers, but as volunteers in our communities. The team can often be found making an impact by sharing their time and skills for non-profit and community initiatives across Canada.
BOWEN employees are passionate and engaged community members who continually step up to support our communities, and BOWEN Group is happy to support their volunteer efforts with the causes they care about. Whether it’s running a food drive, hosting a resume workshop, or supporting Indigenous education, you’ll find BOWEN Group team members making an impact in the community.
Youth, Adult Education & Building Healthy Workplaces
BOWEN Group supports our communities by investing in youth, adult education and building healthy workplaces to ensure individuals have the tools they need to thrive in the current and future workforce. These three pillars help us fulfill our commitment to powering diverse workforce solutions and bring our brand promise of making people matter to life.
Youth: champion youth engagement to develop leaders in our future workforce.
Adult Education: work with community partners to break down barriers to entering the workplace and provide resources for adults to feel empowered to use their agency and assets to make choices that create opportunities for themselves and their community.
Building Healthy Workplaces: a healthy workplace embraces physical job site safety, inclusive and diverse communities, and harassment-free environments. Altogether, the energy of a workplace has the ability to influence the wellbeing of families, communities and society.
