With the rate of change in the world of work on the rise, the percentage of contractors in the workforce is constantly growing.

The same applies to all contractor management service providers, not just BOWEN Group.
Eligibility and pay rates for payroll contractors are determined by the Canadian government under employment standards in your province of work. The same applies regardless of the contractor management service provider you’re working with. We make it easy for you to know if you’re eligible for overtime, as this will be clearly explained in your BOWEN Group contract or assignment details. Any eligible overtime must be pre-approved by your supervisor (our client).
